First, a quick phone chat with someone from HR. Then, a second interview with the manager and an HR representative. All the responsibilities and duties were laid out and discussed. The salary range question should have been brought up much earlier. This would have highlighted the mismatch (candidate - company).

We started with a welcome and introductions of the interviewers. Then, I was asked to give a self-presentation. After that, they asked questions about my motivation and qualifications. They also gave a detailed description of the position and discussed the next steps, and asked questions about the company. Finally, they asked about my desired salary.

I applied and connected with a recruiter. We had a brief online interview which went well. Then I was asked to do an online test, which was incredibly challenging, the hardest I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the test, and neither did anyone else applying for the role through that recruiter. They mentioned the test was unfairly difficult, more suited for an FD position. Honestly, if a test is required, it should be the first step to avoid wasting interview time.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war professionell und wurde von einem Abteilungsmitarbeiter und einem HR-Mitarbeiter geführt. Man ist auf meine persönliche Situation eingegangen und hat Wert darauf gelegt, dass es für beide Seiten passt.
