Customer Service Representative
so first there was this online questionnaire thing, then a phone interview, and then an in person interview. just a heads up, there might be some time gaps in between each part, like it took me weeks to hear back for the in person interview, guess they're kinda swamped with applications. the online and phone part were pretty basic questions, and the in person interview felt more laid back, just to see, like, your personality and general skills.
- Can you tell me about your basic CS knowledge?
- How would you handle specific situations?
- What do you know about wag?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was an online questionnaire. After that, a phone screen. Then, a short in person interview. Finally, there was training with a group of other prospective employees. After training, they decided if you were given a schedule.
- What is your flexibility like?
Customer Service Representative
I came in for an interview and it was pretty chill. I talked directly to a manager from Wag. He asked me typical interview questions and to tell him about some difficult customer situations I had handled.
- Tell me about an escalated situation from your previous job and how you managed it.
