They set up an interview and said they'd call back, but then they just disappeared. When I emailed to check on my interview status, they stopped replying. I don't get it, they seemed so nice and professional, so why haven't I heard anything back? If the answer is no, that's fine, but at least tell me, because not hearing back at all is really unprofessional!

I went through 4 rounds of interviews for the client services manager role, each round with increasingly senior interviewers. After the final round, I was ghosted and my main contact wouldn't respond to emails or follow-ups. It's fine if I'm not the right fit, but a bit of professionalism would be appreciated.

I had an interview with the direct manager. They asked me some situational questions like what I would do in certain scenarios. They also asked me some knowledge-based questions about forecasting and other topics. The next interview was with a higher-level manager. The questioning was similar but less in-depth and more behavioral.

First, you'll submit an online application. Then, HR in Sacramento reviews it and contacts you for a phone interview. Sometimes, Wag Hotels has on-site interview fairs on weekends, especially in the summer. If the phone interview goes well, they'll set up an in-person interview with the store manager or HR. If that goes well, you'll get a call or email. Be aware that if you have a full-time job, scheduling might take a bit since HR can only do interviews between 9 AM and 4 PM, even for evening or graveyard shifts.
