Recruiter
When selected, they just ask random questions like your city, education and other general questions to check your communication skills. Then they ask basic questions to check candidate's knowledge in Human Resources and recruitment. The recruitment process is explained by the recruiter during the pre-placement talk prior to the GD round. This is not so hard to crack and any BBA or relevant graduate with decent communication skills can easily crack this interview. The only difficult part is the stakeholder interview round where the CEO or any other above manager level employee will be asking some situation based questions which just requires common sense and basic recruitment knowledge to crack.
- Could you tell me about your city and describe the recruitment process?
- What is the recruitment process?
Accountant
The interview process was pretty good. The interviewer was professional and friendly, making it a comfortable conversation. They asked questions mostly focused on concepts and my practical knowledge, not just memorized answers. They also looked at things like attitude, confidence, and clear thinking. Technical questions were mainly about US GAAP and US taxes. A big part of it was reconciliation – specifically bank, AR/AP, and credit card reconciliations. It felt like a solid interview that checked both understanding of concepts and actual accounting experience.
- Specifically, can you detail your experience with bank reconciliation, AR/AP reconciliation, and credit card reconciliations?
Full Desk Recruiter
The job was explained to me and it sounded really stressful. The role is also entirely onsite. Given these concerns and the bad Glassdoor reviews from past recruiters and BDMs at this company, I decided not to continue. I want to make it clear that reviews weren't the only reason I stopped, even though they mentioned yelling, boundary-pushing, and high pressure, which sounds like a pattern. I also didn't move forward because the job itself sounded stressful when described and it's fully onsite. I want to share my experiences so others can make informed choices. The defensive way they respond to Glassdoor reviews confirmed my decision. You say you're dedicated to positive experiences for candidates and clients, but it doesn't seem like you are for your own employees.
- Would you be alright with a role that requires you to be in the office full-time?
Front End Developer
I applied online, and HR reached out to get my details and resume. They also sent some questions to solve, covering aptitude and Javascript. In the first call, HR mentioned the compensation, which I agreed to. The next day, HR called again with a lower salary offer and mentioned the job was onsite. I accepted the lower compensation. Later, the HR manager contacted me about my joining date. About a week after that, I received a verbal offer. Three weeks later, another person from the company scheduled a technical interview with their CEO. The CEO asked about my background and some technical questions, stating the team would follow up in two days. However, there was no response. Despite multiple emails, they informed me they were releasing the offer but kept delaying it. On December 10th, they communicated they wouldn't proceed with my application. The entire process, starting from September, felt like a waste of time as they didn't issue an offer letter and their email responses were poor.
- What technical questions do you have based on my resume?
- Can you ask me questions about my background?
