It was a mixed interview with a few steps like a video description, then primary and secondary stages. But honestly, the steps were just for show. The selection process felt really biased and like it was based on who you knew.

Behavioral Technical

They started with questions about my CV, then moved on to technical questions. They really dug deep into the technical aspects. Pretty much, they presented me with problems and wanted to see if I could think through them, not necessarily solve them perfectly, but at least show I was thinking in the right direction. The idea was to see if I could grasp how the system works, because figuring out solutions would be easier then.

So, the interview was about an hour and a half. First, the project engineer managers talked about how their department is structured. Then they asked me to introduce myself. After that, it was some general questions about my skills and what I know. They then showed me some electrical diagrams and asked me to point out the different parts. These diagrams were about switchgear systems, control panels, and PLCs, you know, that kind of stuff.
