The company presentation (10-15 min) was followed by a Q&A session in French and English covering my background, strengths, and more. Then, there was a practical exercise with concrete examples, and an open discussion. Finally, they concluded and explained the next steps.

Behavioral Presentation

The process was pretty standard. Started with a recruiter screening, then a hiring manager interview, and finally a remote interview with the Europe team. I thought it went really well and I even had a slide prepared to discuss how I'd approach the role. But then, it was disappointing that there was no follow-up, and the whole team just went silent. They should at least let the candidate know where things stand. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

Behavioral Technical

It was a long interview process, I had 6 interviews in total. It started with a recruiter phone call, then a one-on-one with the recruiter. After that, the hiring manager called me, then the hiring manager and the recruiter interviewed me together. Finally, I was invited to their office where I interviewed with multiple people, including not only managers but also inside sales associates who interviewed me individually. I thought it was going well, but I never got a decision. I tried reaching out multiple times but couldn't get in touch with the recruiter. Eventually, I just gave up on it.

It involved several stages. We started with an online application, followed by a brief phone call to go over basic personal details. Then, there was a video interview with the hiring manager and two HR representatives. The entire process spanned about three to four weeks.
