Analyst
It was a few rounds. First I met with HR, then I met with like 2 VPs if I recall. Then there was another round where I met with 2 more senior people. The final step was a case study.
- Why are you interested in RE?
- Why are you interested in WP?
- Why are you interested in asset management?
Marketing
I interviewed in April for a role that had been open since January. I met with HR and then the hiring manager. Everything went well, everyone was nice and I seemed to have what they were looking for. But then I found out I had to take a personality test (Caliper) which they apparently really care about. They told me to just answer honestly and go with my gut. I did, but my answers weren't what they wanted, and they told me they couldn't move forward because of the test results. Now I get why the job's been open so long. Honestly, I think you learn more about someone in the first minute of talking than from some silly test.

Sales Assistant
A headhunter reached out about this role, but she was really vague and didn't even have a job description. I was told it was basically a training job where you'd work for a few months, get licensed, and then move into an internal wholesale position. I thought I'd meet with a manager first, then someone from HR, but they were both there at the same time. They asked basic questions about my resume and why I was interested in sales. The manager asked all the questions, and the HR person mostly just listened and answered my questions. I heard back two weeks later; they went with someone who had more experience.
- What draws you to a career in sales?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this sales role?
Department Coordinator
The hiring process was really smooth and easy. A recruiter helped me set up everything and was cool about my schedule since I was working full-time and could only come in during a short window. I went to the office two times. First, I met with HR, who asked about my resume and told me more about the job and the company. Then I met the team I'd be working with. For the second visit, I met the person in charge of the department. Everyone was nice and the interviews felt like casual chats. I also did a personality and aptitude test after the first meeting. They gave me a verbal offer right after the last interview, and then I got the formal offer letter after I said yes.
