I first spoke with a college recruiter at a campus career fair. A couple weeks later, I got invited for an on-campus interview that lasted about an hour. There were two interviewers, both engineers with at least 3 years at Gore. They asked me some basic engineering design and DoE questions, plus a basic fluid dynamics problem. At the start, they asked if I was an international student and mentioned I wouldn't get an offer unless my status changed. They still went through with the interview.
