First there were introductions, then some admin stuff, then questions about personality and my project experiences and skills. The last part was the longest where I had to show two projects I did that were relevant.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got an interview request pretty quickly, within two weeks. The interview process was a good chance for me to show what I can do and how excited I am about the job. Sadly, I didn't get an offer in the end, even though I tried my best. But, it was a really useful experience that taught me a lot about what companies look for, and I feel more ready for future interviews now.

Behavioral Technical

After connecting with a recruiter at a college fair, I got scheduled for my first interview within a week. It was a 45-minute virtual chat with two associates. They started by asking some background questions to verify my information. Then, they moved on to behavioral questions, including follow-ups like asking about a time I failed and what I would do differently. The interviewer really dug into my responses, asking follow-up questions based on what I said to get a better sense of my thinking. I didn't get a timeline for a response at the end of the interview. About two months later, I got the rejection email.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you collaborated with a team to achieve a goal, and what would you do differently?
  • Could you discuss a challenge you encountered related to IT, covering both the technical and non-technical aspects?
