First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vyve Broadband.
Call Center Agent
This was an easy interview process. The hiring team was responsive. They offer great benefits, long term career paths, growth opportunities, and flexible shifts. There are also work from home positions available. They have 401k options and provide complimentary internet and video services. It's a great organization overall.
- Can you describe a situation where you were unable to come to work and explain the reason?
Network Engineer
The application process was straightforward with quick contact. The interview process was excellent, featuring solid discussions and scenario-based questions. The interviewing management team's approach was spot on and provided a good experience. The technical discussion felt more routine and less like an interrogation. I appreciated this approach as it allows for gauging a person's interpretation and understanding of different levels, from engineer to director and VP. I enjoyed and took note of the efficiency of the entire process, from the initial application and subsequent contact through to the interviews.
- Beyond the essential functional and engineering skills, what other contributions could I make to the company?
IT Manager
The interview experience was typical for an IT role requiring versatility. I discussed my previous jobs, projects, and work habits. It was a pleasant conversation, unlike many interviews. The Director of Engineering, who was my boss for years and whom I respect greatly, conducted the interview. I would gladly work with him again.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Could you walk me through some of your past projects?
- What is your approach to work and your work ethic?
