First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VytlOne.
Pharmacy Technician
It was a typical interview, they described the company, the role, and what the duties are. It was very easygoing, they just wanted me to be myself, smile, and chat. The interview was on Zoom with a few managers. They wanted me to research the company and share my thoughts. Be honest and always say thank you at the end. Good luck!
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Business Intelligence Analyst
I got an email from HR on Thursday afternoon to chat about the role, the company, and my background. After our call, she thought I was a good fit and wanted to set up a virtual interview with the manager, Director, and senior analyst for Friday. Since I wasn't free, we rescheduled for Monday morning. On Monday before the interview, they changed it to just a regular phone call. I talked to the manager and senior analyst (the Director didn't show) about the job, required skills, my experience, and my career goals. I felt the call went well. The manager mentioned they had more interviews and would follow up. I emailed HR the next day to thank everyone and reiterate my interest. No response. A week later, I called her to check in. She didn't answer or call back. I tried one more time the following week, still no reply.
- Can you tell me about a project you were involved in that led to a real change within your company? What obstacles did you face, and how did you manage to overcome them? What specific tools or systems did you utilize to achieve your findings?
Recruiting Coordinator
I hit up the recruiter on LinkedIn on Monday. They got back to me within an hour on LinkedIn to check my email. I had an initial interview request in my inbox. I gave them my availability for a bunch of days, and then heard nothing for 24 hours. I followed up two days after first contact, still nothing. I messaged and emailed again at the end of the week, and still nothing. It was so unprofessional since they emailed me saying they wanted to talk and to share my availability, and then just ghosted me. Two people from the company were on the email thread, and neither responded to my follow-up inquiries.

Certified Pharmacy Technician
It was a detailed and comfortable interview process. I spoke with two people: the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and a Lead Pharmacy Technician. The PIC asked me several questions and then I got to ask them some questions. After that, the Lead CPht asked me a few different questions, and I had the chance to answer them. They concluded by asking if I had any questions for them.
- Would you describe yourself as a team player who is also detail-oriented?
