Registered Nurse Case Manager
The hiring process was quick and really put together. I got clear emails and the scheduling was nice, letting me pick times that worked for me. It went from the talent team to the care team, then the supervisor, and finally the department director, which was super helpful. I liked how open they were, sharing info and making sure I knew what to expect at every step. Talking to different people gave me a good sense of the job and the company, so I could figure out if I was a good fit and could do the job well. They communicated really well the whole time.

Physician Executive
The whole interview process was super thorough, taking about eight weeks in total. I met with pretty much all the executive team members either in person or virtually. Everyone I met was sharp and confident in their work, but also honest about the challenges. The HR leader kept in touch weekly, giving updates, answering questions, and sending documents with lots of detail to keep me in the loop. The CEO even met me for lunch in person, making an effort to get to know me personally, not just as a potential team member. I'm really happy to join the team and feel good about my decision.

Revenue Cycle Specialist
I had a phone screening interview. The recruiter was really respectful and knew a lot about the department and its leaders. I had to send follow-up emails to the recruiter during the process. The second interview was with someone who might be a co-worker in the same role. I liked this because they could explain the day-to-day tasks and I could get a feel for the team's personality. The third interview was with my potential supervisor. They answered my questions thoroughly and I could get a sense of their management style. I was very pleased with both the co-worker and supervisor; they had good work ethics and positive personalities. The fourth interview was with the Director of Finance. It was a great conversation, and we had a lot in common. I could tell she wasn't a micromanager but was an effective leader who trusted her team and guided them as needed.

Director of Physician Network Development and Sales
I was contacted by Jordan via LinkedIn on a Friday about this sales role. I responded showing interest and got a quick reply that same evening via both LinkedIn and text. I called Monday morning and had my first interview that day. Then, I had two more interviews within the next couple of days. I received an offer just a few hours after my final interview. The whole process took only a week! It was a refreshing change from the usual long interview cycles. Each interviewer was genuinely nice and made the experience even better. I'm even more impressed with the company now, a month into the job, thanks to their service, leadership, and culture.
- The interview felt different for a salesperson; we had more 'normal' conversations that blended business and personal topics.
- The questions weren't the typical ones I've encountered in the healthcare industry; we mainly discussed business matters.
- I appreciated their approach to getting to know me through conversation, which helped ensure we were both a good fit.
