The interview process was pretty quick, it had three interviews with different managers. I think I did a good job. I didn't get a call back right away, but when I followed up, someone from recruiting said they talked it over and that the interview went well, then I got the offer. They were kinda slow with the feedback. I had to be the one to reach out and follow up, but either way, I got through it and it was good.

So for customer service roles, it's pretty standard. First, there's a standard assessment. Then, the recruiter reaches back out to schedule a phone screen, which is a phone interview with them where they ask standard questions and talk about benefits. After that, there's a digital interview with the hiring manager.

Submitted resume and heard nothing for about a week. Vystar called on a Friday evening for an 8am Monday morning interview. Arrived Monday and was taken upstairs. Cubicles looked too small (3' square). Was told they weren't for our group, but still seemed undesirable. Met with 3 people (2 technical, 1 manager) in the conference room, all nice. A VP was supposed to join but didn't. The interview was supposed to be 90 mins but wasn't communicated, had to leave 10 mins early. Later that week, got a call for a second interview the same day. Wasn't available, so rescheduled for a few days later. Interviewed with the manager from day 1 and his manager. Then spoke with the CIO. Initial experience with managers was good, felt comfortable. Meeting the CIO was uncomfortable. The CIO asked inappropriate, CIO-level questions for a Senior Systems Admin role, like 'Name 3 ways technology brings value to the customer', and I felt judged on the answer. Was told they have trouble finding local admins, hence the rush. After the second interview, heard nothing for almost a week. Called HR, no callback. Emailed HR, response said it might be a couple more weeks. Over a week later, got an email saying they found someone with a closer skillset, which I think was BS and they didn't want to pay my salary. The IT area looked depressing, messy, with parts lying around and disorganized cubicles. Wouldn't have wanted to work there even with an offer.

It was initiated through the website. They give you a call. Then there's a Pre-employment Test that has a time limit of 2 hours. It covers math (word problems, averages, algebraic equations), personality/behavior, grammar, punctuation, word use, and data entry. You also need to provide your credit report, a copy of your HS Diploma, W-2s for 5 years, a Criminal Background Report, get Finger Printed, provide a copy of your Previous Pay Check Stub, and pass a Drug Test. Once you complete all of that, they will call you with the official job offer, wage, and start date.
