First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vyral Marketing.
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. I started with a video interview, and then moved on to a phone call. Since there's no physical office, all interviews are conducted remotely via video chat.
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
Copywriter
The interview process started with an email that lacked a proper schedule, just asking me to call. The interviewer was 30 minutes late for our phone interview. There was a three-week gap before the next interview, which they initially wanted at 4 AM, but I managed to get an earlier time. They also sent the wrong link for the paid writing assessment. On the offer day, I received both a job offer and a rejection email, which they later called a mistake. Despite the offer, the lack of professionalism was concerning.
- How do you manage your organization
Client Consultant
The interview process was a refreshing approach where I was treated like a business partner or vendor/contractor rather than an employee. I was told what would need to be done, and we got right to business with as little red tape as possible, which I liked.
- Where are you headed in your career, and how can this role assist you in reaching your goals?
- How can you contribute to our business's success?
Digital Marketing Apprentice
It was a pretty chill interview. I might have dressed a bit too formally for the vibe there, but it didn't seem to matter for the interview itself. They stuck to the usual interview questions, nothing too intense.
