Director, Customer Education Delivery
I had a 30-minute initial chat with the "People Leader" in late March, covering my experience with content creation, onboarding, and learning apps. After that, I moved on to a 30-minute video call with the hiring manager the next week. This call focused on the role's requirements and used situational questions. I also had a chance to ask my own questions about how success is measured and the bonus structure, although the manager seemed surprised by my questions about these aspects, saying they were usually for final candidates. She did explain the success metrics anyway. It's been about three weeks now, and while the original job posting is gone, a similar role with overlapping duties and a different title has appeared. I reached out about the new role but haven't heard back, and I'm still waiting for any news.
- What do you consider essential for a successful Education department based on your background?
- Can you share an instance where a customer was dissatisfied and describe your actions?
Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty relaxed but still business-like chat. The person interviewing me was good at explaining things and seemed to really pay attention. The questions they asked were pretty laid-back. They're a company that's growing and they're looking for someone with experience in certain areas of that growth.
- What are your goals for this role at the 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month marks?
Lead Development Representative
So I had a quick 15-minute call first, then a longer 40-minute interview a few days later. The last interview was with the VP of sales and marketing, and it was about 25 minutes. I got the offer pretty fast after that last chat.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience?
- What do you know about dental information?
Product Manager
I had a Google video interview with the VP of Product Management. It was a pretty chill chat and the interview was straightforward. It only lasted about 20-25 minutes. There were some scenario questions that I just wasn’t prepared for.
- Walk me through how you would roll out the initial stage of this product.
- Describe an instance where you took an action a customer did not want, and explain how you resolved it.
- Tell me about a time you had a difference of opinion with a colleague regarding a task and how you addressed it.
