Behavioral Case Presentation

Applied online and a recruiter reached out within days. Had a screening call, followed by three interviews with two Vynamic team members each. These interviews were a mix of behavioral and situational questions, and one involved a case study presentation with a Q&A. They really focus on your past experience and project results. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to, making the interview process enjoyable. The whole thing wrapped up in under two months. The recruiter kept me informed and was clear about everything.

So the interview process was pretty great, they actually helped me through it. Each interview had a business point, but mostly it was about making sure we were a good fit for each other. I had three people interview me one-on-one, then a long group interview that took 3 hours. After that, I had a final interview with two executives. The group interview also involved a presentation to some consultants who acted like clients, and I had a few days to get ready for that.

Behavioral Presentation Case

My process kicked off with an employee referral, which I'd definitely suggest doing. A recruiter then contacted me for an initial chat. Following that, there was a 'consulting interview' with a team member that lasted about 30 minutes. The next step was a half-day panel interview, which included a presentation you prepare on a business topic of moderate complexity, and then a final interview.
