R&D Intern
This was a six-month internship opportunity for students finishing engineering school. The entire process took about a month and involved two interviews: one with HR and another with the engineering manager and their manager. Some parts of the interview were conducted in English.
- How do your friends see you?
International Marketing Specialist
Phone call with HR. Then an in-person meeting with HR and the Manager. After that, an in-person meeting with the Marketing Director in English where I had to present a case study about job-related topics (e.g., product launch strategy, market analysis). Finally, a personality test.
- Why do you want to work in medical devices?

We began with an intro to my background, then discussed the company, the department, and the specific responsibilities of the role. Following that, I was asked about my motivations, what I liked about the position, my strengths and weaknesses. We concluded with a wrap-up and a discussion of how I felt about it all.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced and how you handled it.
Sales Executive
It started with an HR interview, followed by a written test where they asked basic questions about my course and graduation studies. Then there was an aptitude test along with a personality test. The final step involved interviews with senior and super senior staff.
