I had a one hour zoom interview with the assistant manager of the quality team. The main manager wasn't present. The manager asked about my 'short' job history. She then asked if I would do the same in this new job, and I told her no. She persisted, asking about marriage plans and if I would leave soon, which made me uncomfortable. I firmly said 'No', but she tried to lighten the mood by asking if I was attached, and I just laughed along. She also mentioned the company's working culture and asked about my willingness to work frequent overtime. I got a second interview a few days later, but declined due to their unprofessional questioning.

Found the job on LinkedIn. Had a quick phone call with the hiring manager. Was informed my salary requirements were too high (in hindsight a red flag because I was asking for less than average). The hiring manager told me to disregard HR's input on salary. Had a phone screen with HR, who was rude and disengaged, almost as if they weren't paying attention. Was criticized for wanting to continue the application process due to my salary expectations. Had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and region director and was ultimately hired at the salary I requested. The interview questions were straightforward; they are looking for experience or trainability, confidence in sales ability, and an approachable personality.
