The interview process was nice. The team was welcoming and understanding. The recruiter was helpful, as well as the hiring manager and the developers who interviewed me and walked me through the interview. The technical portion was not LeetCode.

The interview process involved four interviews with the company recruiter, a peer, the hiring manager, and a Director. All the interviews were conducted over Zoom or Google Meets. Overall, the people I spoke with were genuine and easy to talk to. Some parts of the interviews felt conversational and relaxed.

I had a phone interview with the recruiter first. Then, I had a video call with the sales leader. The next step was supposed to be an interview with the Sales Director or CEO, but they rescheduled it and then told me they picked someone else before I could have that third interview. It was pretty unprofessional and a bummer.

So, the first interview was a phone call with HR. They were nice and asked me the typical questions about my resume. After that, I had a skills test focusing on Linux commands and features. The final interview was on Zoom. The person I spoke with was cool, explained the job well, and asked about my past roles and resume. It was a good chat. They said they'd email me about the next steps, but it's been over two months and nothing. It's a bummer when that happens, especially when they seem interested. Otherwise, it was a good interview process.
