Behavioral

I got contacted by a recruiter, who was nice. Then I spoke with someone else at vTech, maybe another recruiter. He really pressed me on why I preferred a contract role over a full-time one, which I thought was odd. He also asked how long I planned to stay in a contract role. I said a year, which is the contract length, and that I'd be open to other opportunities after that. He seemed to not like that answer and cut me off very rudely, saying he was done. He mentioned passing my resume to the client but I never heard back.

First we did a group discussion to screen candidates. Then there was a technical round focusing on skills relevant to the post. If you're from a different background, they might ask why you're transitioning your career. Lastly, they asked about the job description, followed by a final HR round where they focused on general information.
