I got a call for an HR Assistant position. I attended the interview. They had me fill out a form. The HR Manager then asked me some questions about myself and my past employment. I was informed that they would get in touch. The interview took about thirty minutes.

The interview process itself was fine. The consultancy offered guidance and support throughout my interview preparation, with very useful and informative sessions. My phone interview went well, leading to a job offer. They have a solid hiring and interview process, though they are similar to other vendors.

We had a screening interview, then a phone interview. After that, there was a first interview, a second interview, a third interview, and finally, the final job interview. The final job interview is the last step and the last thing before we know if we get a job offer. Before the final one, I had an initial phone interview and at least one in-person interview. The final job interview is the last chance to make a strong impression. Depending on the position's level, a senior leader (like the CEO) might conduct the final interview.

The interview was easy and smooth, focused on the subject matter. It only lasted a few minutes. You need to be bold and clarify all questions asked. They gave me time to think and explained things briefly. It wasn't time-consuming, and I needed to be attentive.
