Software Engineer
The interview went really well, and I truly enjoyed meeting the internal staff team. Everyone was welcoming and professional, which made me even more excited about the opportunity. I’m genuinely looking forward to the possibility of joining the team and contributing to its continued success.

UI/UX Designer
I first got a screening call over Zoom, which was a good chat with the recruiter. Then, they invited me for an on-site interview. I got a tour of the office, we talked about the service I'd be working on, some ideas I had, and other design-related stuff. They gave me a timeline for a decision, but after I emailed for an update, I didn't hear back. A week later, I emailed again and was ghosted.
- Can you describe your design background?
- Which websites do you find well-designed?
- What are your opinions on the product or service?
Production Support Specialist
The interviews were straightforward and to the point. The process included: 1. Resume Screening - An HR call to gauge interest and experience, followed by 10 questions to assess suitability. 2. Communication Round - Listening to distorted audio clips of lengthy conversations and then writing down the key takeaways. 3. Product Manager Round - Questions about experience and behavioral values, requiring a spontaneous and energetic response. 4. Delivery Manager Round - A lengthy discussion (over 2 hours) covering behavioral aspects, attitude, past experiences, thought processes, and real-time scenarios, involving around 100 questions. 5. HR Round - Discussion about salary package and negotiation, though they usually stick to industry standards.
- Imagine you're tasked with running a datacenter and managing multiple Production Support teams, with daily updates required. How would you react in a real-time situation, and could you handle this responsibility?
Training Coordinator
I had an interview with two employees, one of which would be in charge of my area. They were wonderful and the experience was great. The second and final interview was what really soured me on the company. I met/interviewed with the President, and I was very put off by the fact that he did not seem to have prepared at all for the interview. He also belittled my previous experience that many other companies found impressive (probably because they did their homework and realized I had worked a long time at one of the biggest players in the telecom world). This put me off enough to not even consider taking an offer from VSoft.
