Customer Service Representative
It was easy, first over the phone and then in person. They made an offer right after the in-person interview. It wasn't hard at all, and they hire quickly.
- How would you rate these images from cool to hot?
- Are you available?
Human Resources
It was easy. The interviewers were friendly and understanding. The interview went quickly and the questions were pretty standard. I finished with time to spare. The conversation flowed well. It all depends on who you get to interview you.
- How efficient are you in staffing and HR matters?
Brand Community Manager
After a quick email chat, I had two video calls with marketing folks. Everything seemed to go great, and I really clicked with both interviewers. We had good technical and scheduling interactions. I got a clear picture of how the team operates and was able to talk more about my community management background, including volunteer work not listed on my resume. The manager seemed really pleased and gave positive feedback, and the team lead and I got along really well and they were very open. Then... nothing. I followed up after two weeks and was told I'd hear back the following week. That was last week, and I don't expect to hear anything now. It's a bummer since the role seemed like a perfect fit and I'd at least appreciate a rejection after going through the interviews, which were scheduled on very short notice while I was working.
- Is working with adult content something you're okay with?
Product Marketing Analyst
The phone interview was quick and chill. Then I met my future manager in person, and she was really laid-back and nice, which made me feel comfortable. She took her time and didn't get bogged down in unnecessary details. She focused on any potential downsides in my experience and seemed truly interested. I was expecting to meet her boss, but instead, I got an email the next morning with a job offer!
- Can you tell me about your experience with platforms like Google Adwords and Google Analytics?
- How do you handle disagreements with colleagues?
- What strategies do you use to stay organized and on track with your tasks?
