The recruiter called me first and was kind of condescending. Then, the day before my technical screen, the recruiter emailed me saying my technical screen was great and I was moving to the final round, which was super weird and clearly mismanaged. The manager for the technical phone interview started by mentioning his 20 years of experience with databases and asked if I had any experience with them. Even after I said no, he proceeded to ask me questions about databases, almost like he was trying to show off. When I asked him about why they chose 'x' approach over 'y', he was silent for two minutes and then just said 'our developers like it.'

I applied on LinkedIn, and the first step was a recruiter call where I got a good overview of the company. After that, there was a technical phone screen that focused mainly on DS, and it went well. The recruiter then set up a virtual onsite with 4 interviewers. Each interview was 1 hour long and primarily focused on System Design and Data Structures.
