It was easy going and I had a great time. It was a Zoom interview with 2 managers. First, there was a friendly video interview where I got to introduce myself and talk about my background. The interviewers were approachable and tried to make it a relaxed, conversational atmosphere. They really wanted to know my motivations, strengths, and how I could help the team.

It was a short interview with several people from different departments. I got to watch and listen to the frontline staff, which was useful. However, there was a long wait before the actual interview, and it felt like they forgot about me. The actual call center where the interview took place was freezing cold, so I had to keep my coat on.
