I applied online and got an email about a phone screen. A recruiter called me, and it went really well, she was super nice. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview which was 2 hours long with different people. It was tough, like questions kept coming. One lady was really strict and not friendly. A high-level manager also interviewed me and wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell he didn't like me because he asked a random question. I didn't get the offer because they hired someone with more experience for the internship, which is understandable, but that's what internships are for - to gain experience! This should have been figured out in the first phone screen. It felt like a waste of my time.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was about half an hour. They asked me about my presentation experience because the job requires that skill. They also asked about how I handle problems and my tech skills. The interviewer was nice and shared her thoughts on my candidacy. She said I was good, but I never heard back from her.

Technical Coding

I initially met them at my university's career fair and we had a brief chat where they asked me some questions about hash tables. I was able to answer them. The next day, I received an email to schedule a technical interview. Everyone I interacted with, both at the career fair and the interviewer, were really friendly and easy to talk to.
