First a phone call, then an in-person meeting. Pleasant conversation with HR and the team leader. Nice offer with extra legal benefits. Nice site. Lots of attention to my specific situation. They understood that I have limitations regarding flexibility in working hours.

The application process started with a quick 5-minute phone call, then a Teams meeting with an administrator. After that, I did an online test battery. Later, there were in-person interviews. Everyone I met was friendly and open, which was nice. However, I noticed conflicting information from different interviewers about the job, expectations, culture, and the company/management. This gave the impression of unresolved internal conflicts affecting the organization negatively. Also, the job posting management felt unprofessional. Communication was often incomplete, messy, and late. They asked irrelevant or inappropriate questions sometimes, which didn't seem professional. They also didn't share or discuss the online test results with me, which I think is part of a proper and ethical process. All this made me lose confidence in the process, so I decided to withdraw my application.

The interview process was relaxed and laid back. It was easy to answer questions about my career. I got to ask a lot of questions about the job and the company, and I was happy with the answers.
