The interview process kicked off with a combined HR and hiring manager chat, who were both really approachable and mostly asked behavioral questions. After a significant pause, I was contacted for team interview rounds, and eventually, HR extended an offer.

Behavioral

The interview process was in stages, starting with a phone interview and then an on-site interview. The on-site interview was pretty long, lasting about 3 hours with several 30-minute interviews with different people. Honestly, it was one of the worst interview experiences I've had. The questions felt really generic, like they were pulled straight from a textbook. What was worse, the team couldn't even clearly explain the responsibilities of the role I applied for. There wasn't much diversity among the interviewers, and they came across as quite cold. One recruiter even asked me why I wanted the job, implying they might not renew the contract after 3 months, which was never mentioned to me before. It was a very uncomfortable and lengthy interview with people who were pretty rude. I ended up dropping out of the process after that.

Behavioral Other

The interview process involved around 2 hours of phone screens, followed by two half-days of in-person interviews. Despite being highly qualified, the role was ultimately offered to a less experienced candidate. The interview setting itself was problematic, taking place in a small, all-glass conference room at the front entrance, which was very distracting with people constantly passing by. A printer in the room frequently printed, requiring people to enter and retrieve their documents, and in an adjacent glass room, employees were practicing yoga, contributing to a dysfunctional atmosphere.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and then they reached out to me for interviews. I talked with the team members. It was a smooth process and they seemed really interested in moving forward, like an offer was coming. But then they just went silent. It was really unprofessional.
