It was a super chill and relaxed interview. They asked some easy questions and mostly wanted to chat and learn about me. The hiring manager was a cool, funny, and engaging person who seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and my professional goals.

Had a 45-minute phone screener that went well. Then had an hour-long one-on-one with the hiring manager, which also went well. After that, I had another 30-minute one-on-one with the department head, which was fine. Finally, there was an hour-long in-person group interview with the whole team, which was just okay. The whole process felt like too much for a short internship.

After applying online, I was invited via email to interview about a week later. The interview process started with a 30-minute phone interview with my direct supervisor. Then, I was given a test research assignment to complete over several days. The process moved quickly: I was given the test assignment a few days after the phone interview, and they offered me the position about a week after I submitted the assignment.
