First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vonazon.
Intern
It was pretty easygoing. They were friendly and accommodating. I was the only applicant because they didn’t show up to the Career Fair so I emailed them directly. For other people though, be prepared to know a lot about Vonazon as a company and be able to talk about your resume experience easily.
- Can you share your experience using a marketing platform?
Strategist
The interview process was pretty easy and it took a couple weeks to complete. The questions they ask will be specific to the industry and projects you're interested in. It really depends on what you're applying for and when you interview. Make sure you study up for the specific role you want and know what you're getting into.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join this company?
Marketing Account Manager
The interview was pretty laid back. I had a phone chat with the CEO and someone from HR. They seemed interested in my background, my current job, and my past experiences. The questions were straightforward and professional, nothing too out there. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Can you describe a typical day in your current position?
Marketing Coordinator
The interview process started with a video call, then a written assignment, and ended with an in-person meeting. Everyone on the team was nice and got back to me quickly, and the interviews felt good. Both the video and in-person interviews were about an hour long.
- Could you share some instances of difficult projects you've accomplished previously?
