The interview process started online with a video recording where I had to respond to prompts. Then, there was a phone interview which was the most in-depth. Finally, I had an in-person meeting that mostly involved a site tour, though there were some questions too. It was a smooth process overall, and the people were great.

Volvo's interview process is pretty standard. It kicks off with an HR call to chat about the job, your background, and logistics. Then, you'll head in for an in-person chat with the hiring manager or team. They'll ask you a bunch of questions about your experience, skills, and if you'd be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview, they'll usually call you back to extend an offer and you can talk about any last details.

  • Could you introduce yourself?
