I interviewed with a panel of three people who work in industrial/logistical engineering. They were friendly, intelligent, and seemed genuinely interested in their work. The relaxed atmosphere helped me feel less nervous. Even though I didn't get an offer because I lacked experience, the hiring manager still emailed me personally.

First you apply on the website. Then a recruiter will reach out for an initial chat. If that goes well, you'll be given three tests to complete. After that, HR will interview you about your performance on those tests. There's also a technical interview if applicable. If you're still a contender, you'll answer some personality questions. Finally, you'll meet with the manager to go over the personality test results, and then you'll get an offer if you're hired.

I got a call in March 2014 about an onsite interview at the Hagerstown, MD Powertrain Plant. I set it up for two weeks later during spring break. On the morning of the interview, they called to cancel, saying the position was filled. Two months later, the same recruiter called again to see if I was still interested, and I had to decide right away. Because I didn't have other offers, I accepted. I started in late May and finished in early June.
