The interview process was pretty straightforward and pleasant, a really smooth experience. I enjoyed getting to know the team and learning about the company's culture and values. If the chance came up again, I'd consider working here because of the good vibe from this chat.
- Tell me about your experience managing IT projects and teams.
Interviewee
I applied for the job and heard back about two weeks later. Three ladies interviewed me. They asked me some basic questions about my experience with people who have mental health issues and my interest in the role. They also told me a bit about the job. They said they'd be in touch, but I didn't hear back for two months. By then, I had already found another job.
- Tell me about any experience you have interacting with people who have a severe mental disorder.

It was an easy and chill interview. They asked me pretty standard stuff (strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc). Everyone was nice and supportive. I left feeling pretty sure I got the job.
