I applied for the job and heard back about two weeks later. Three ladies interviewed me. They asked me some basic questions about my experience with people who have mental health issues and my interest in the role. They also told me a bit about the job. They said they'd be in touch, but I didn't hear back for two months. By then, I had already found another job.

It was an easy and chill interview. They asked me pretty standard stuff (strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc). Everyone was nice and supportive. I left feeling pretty sure I got the job.
