Got a quick and efficient interview schedule set up. Then I had a half-hour chat with the regional manager. They let me know if I moved on to the next step within 24 hours. Sadly, I didn't get through, but they were pretty responsive.

Three rounds total. First round was about listening to a podcast and then a mock cold call, also defining Demand Response. Second round was a general intro and questions about past failures and future aspirations. Third round included info about merit-based raises, the potential for a quick promotion from Sales Associate to outside sales, and if I'd be willing to relocate for that, noting that Voltus doesn't operate in the southeast so I'd have to move to Texas, Cali, Northern East Coast or Canada.

This interview process was really enjoyable. There were 4 rounds in total, including role plays. They also sent over a podcast for me to listen to before the interviews. It was definitely a good experience and I felt like the people I interviewed with made an effort to connect.
