Started with a phone screen with HR, then an in-person meeting, followed by an in-person presentation with the CFO and CEO. It got strange when they asked me to travel to another customer site in a different state for another meeting as part of the interview. They ghosted for weeks then came back and decided they didn't want to hire for the position anymore.

The interview process was very fast, but the higher-ups seemed disorganized and petty. They were nice initially, but became pushy and petty if they sensed any hesitation. They wouldn't send a written offer unless you stopped interviewing/talking to other companies (a red flag). The offer was lowball, and they expected you to work over 40 hours a week.

Technical Other

I had a 5 step interview process, consisting of several video calls, and culminating in a final in-person, with several interviews throughout the day. Everyone seemed great, friendly, approachable, but I realized that the take home exercise they had me prepare was for a problem they were actually in the process of solving. Doing this free labor for them and then also getting a rejection email a few months later with no explanation stained my view of the company.

I signed up on the website and then had an interview a couple weeks later. It started with a screening interview, and then I had an in person interview where they asked some more questions. I didn't hear back after that.
