There was a phone call where they basically took all my information. It was a brief interview of my qualifications with a lot of praise for my credentials. Then, I quickly followed up with the hiring manager. I liked the consistent communication.

So I had one interview with a recruiter who was super nice and accommodating. It was pretty short, under an hour. A few days later, they told me I got the job! I went back in, signed the paperwork, and it was conditional on passing a drug test. But then, after two weeks, they told me the previous person wanted their job back, so the position was no longer available. I never actually got to do the drug test. The people working there were really great though, and I was so bummed I didn't end up getting the job.

The interview process was really professional and went smoothly. After I got the offer, it took a few weeks for the contract stuff to get sorted. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I interviewed with a client panel to check my skills and see if I'd fit in with the team. Everyone knew their part in the interview and gave a good impression of the company and what they needed. It was one of the best interviews I've had.

I had too many genetic questions, and they were redundant. My skills were perfect for the job. I even gave them tips on how to recruit better when they asked. They said they would contact me about the next steps. That was over a month ago, despite one thank you letter, one email follow-up, and one phone call follow-up. Now it's just silence. Rude! I would never want to work for a company that is so disrespectful. Thanks for wasting my time, and I'll make sure my friends and family avoid your company like the plague.
