First, there was a video interview. Then, I received an email to come to the Milton office. The first round there was a group interview. We were all given a customer scenario and had to discuss our views on it. The second round was a 10-minute mock call. The third round involved competency questions.

The whole hiring and selection process was smooth. My recruiter reached out to me directly, and we had a nice chat about the company structure and the process. A few days later, my recruiter set up a call with the hiring manager, and we discussed the company and my skills. The competency structure interview was the toughest part because of how much I had to prepare for it. Luckily, my interview was scheduled a week out, giving me plenty of time to get examples ready. About a week after the interview, I got an offer from the contract house. The VWGoA recruiter was available to answer any questions I had during the process. I was given a week to prepare for the interview.

I first applied online, and about 10 days later I had an online interview. A month after that, I had an in-person interview. They asked a lot of scenario questions about how I'd do certain tasks and why I'd want to work there. The people interviewing me were very nice.

Behavioral Presentation

The process was efficient and quick, but not rushed. We spoke with the right people. The in-person interviews helped us get a good feel for the company culture. The interviews were mostly conversations, allowing us to introduce ourselves and highlight our skills, as well as understand how the company works and what they're looking for. It was a truly constructive exchange.
