First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VOHRA Wound Physicians.
Gestionnaire paie
It's a great school for getting a job. Even though there are some things that make it difficult, it's very interesting. I confirm... the interview stage was very long, but over time I understood that it was obvious to go through this process.
- Why did you choose our company?
Family Nurse Practitioner
I was contacted through indeed by a recruiter who seemed to be outsourced from India. He described the job and pay. You start out on salary then switch to fee for service after 6 to 12 months? He sent me a copy of the fee schedule which was so low. They also want you to drive around in your own vehicle and reimburse you 30 cents per mile.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Physician
Got quick replies and follow-ups, clear info, and the interactions were friendly and open. They were upfront about the job, sharing both the pros and cons, and described a typical day in this medical field. I spoke with a recruiter first, then met with the medical lead, and also some operations and administrative staff.
- What's prompting your desire to switch from your previous specialty or medical area?
Physician
It was a laid back and informative interview. They answered all my questions about 401k, the practice model, transportation, and other things. The interview was conducted online and the whole process was very easy and streamlined. I have no complaints about it.
- Can you describe your experience with wound care and within health systems?
- Do you have a willingness to travel for this role?
- What are your preferred working hours?
