The interview process started with an application and an online test. If selected, I was invited for an online interview. Then, there was an assessment day at the office which included a group case study. Finally, I signed the contract. The whole process was quite simple, without too many extra screening or interview rounds.

I applied for a CRO Specialist position, but it turned out to be a temporary role, which wasn't mentioned in the job ad. They let me know right at the start of the call and asked if I was still interested. We had a quick chat, the people were nice, and they clearly explained what the job entailed. In the end, it wasn't a good fit.

First there was a CV review and a game-based assessment called Equalture, followed by a personality questionnaire. Then, an on-site assessment day with three parts: an interview, a group assignment, and an individual assignment which included a presentation. The interview focused on behavioral questions tied to the personality questionnaire, without showing us the results beforehand. The individual assignment was a business case, and the group assignment was a straightforward task.

The whole interview process lasted about 2-3 weeks and was very clear and professional. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a technical interview with two QA engineers, possibly a QA lead. If there was a good fit for the role, a technical assignment was given, with 5 days to complete. If the assignment was done very well, a behavioural interview was scheduled with the QA manager and Product Specialists to assess personality. If all went well, an offer was extended.
