The interview process was long and felt unprofessional. The interviewer asked questions that didn't seem related to the analyst role. It wasn't a comfortable interview experience overall.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was over 5 interviews with a variety of people, including current account managers and directors. It took more than 3 months, which was tiring and annoying. I was kind of relieved when they didn't offer me the job because I didn't want it anymore after so many rounds. I think they could have made it shorter, like just 2 interviews for a mid-level role.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I had an on-site interview. The on-site involved talking to multiple technical teams like frontend, backend, and data, as well as interviews with the product manager and the hiring manager. This role is for Vobile's LA office, specifically for their Rights business acquired from Zefr.

First, I had a 30 minute video chat with one person. Then, there was a follow up video chat with four other people that took about an hour and a half. Mostly behavioral questions about my past experience. It was more informal than other interviews, and everyone was friendly. The needs of the position were a little unclear.
