It was a 4 round process. The first and third rounds were pretty quick, about 30 minutes each, and covered easy to medium difficulty topics. The second round took longer. The final round with the founder was unpredictable; it really depended on his mood whether you'd get straightforward questions or face a tough time.

The process started with an HR screening, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. Then there was a case study focusing on a client portfolio. After that, I had a panel interview with some peers, and the final round was with the Director. The whole thing took about 2–3 weeks and they were really focused on how I'd approach client retention, manage difficult accounts, and find upsell opportunities.

Technical Behavioral

This was a super disappointing and unprofessional interview experience. I went through 4 rounds, including a really long Excel test (almost 2 hours). After all that, they said the role wasn't in my career field, which is weird since I applied and was qualified. They had already rejected me for another role and suggested I should have applied there. Interviewers asked really personal and irrelevant questions. I had a final round with the COO and took it seriously, but they called me in-person to Gurgaon just to say I was 'too qualified'. It seems like there's poor coordination, confusion, and no respect for my time. Don't bother applying unless you like being messed around for weeks.
