The way they managed and communicated the interview process was excellent. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in me and what I could bring to the table. They encouraged me to push back and ask questions, making the interviews feel more like engaging discussions than formal job interviews.

The interview process for this job was pretty straightforward, if not a bit slow. It took about a month from the time I applied to for the position to the time I heard back about a first round interview. The entire process was then about 3-4 interviews over the course of 6-8 weeks. My main complaint with this company was the disrespectful way they handled my rejection (which was no outreach at all). My final interview required me to put together a presentation of prior work that I presented to a panel of employees. After that, I did not receive any feedback or follow-up communication for almost three weeks. Eventually, the hiring manager reached out to me to apologize for the delay and promise I would hear back from him within the next week or so. He also asked me if my situation had changed or there were any updates I should share with him, implying I would receive an offer. However, in the end, he never followed up with me again nor did I receive a formal rejection notice. After approximately another month of silence, I went so far to email the two people in their Talent department I had worked with to ask for feedback on my performance. Neither of them ever responded to my request. This felt rude and inconsiderate, especially considering the time and effort I had put into preparing for the final presentation. I'm extremely disappointed by this entire encounter, especially considering that I otherwise would have loved to work for the company.

The interview process was lengthy, involving many one-on-one interviews, and often I met with two or three interviewers at a time. Despite the length, the people I met were all very friendly and the company was well-organized throughout the process. The only downside was the communication at the end; I had to reach out myself to find out I wasn't selected.
