I had an initial chat with the recruiter, then there were 3 more rounds of interviews with 4 directors, all happening within about 2-3 weeks, not counting a holiday break. The interviews went pretty well. They asked about my past experience, but were more focused on understanding my personality and how I'd fit in with the team and company culture.

The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with an informal phone chat with a recruiter, followed by two more interviews: one with the hiring manager and another with the team. Although I made it to the final stage, the position was ultimately given to an internal candidate who surfaced unexpectedly at the very end.
