There were three interviews. The first was with the Account Director, the second with a Senior Copywriter, and the third with the ECD. The interviews included personal questions and questions about industry knowledge, as well as past experiences and types of projects previously completed. It was quite informal and relaxed.

The interview process was fine, the people were friendly and nice. Just be ready to be ghosted. HR will discuss their disdain for sending impersonal rejection emails, trying to make you think they care, but they will ghost you after the final round.
