It was pretty straightforward. I started with a call from the recruiter who asked me about my resume and experience. She told me about the job and asked about my salary expectations, and then set me up with the team. I then spoke with two senior Account Managers back-to-back, with each interview lasting 30 minutes. They weren't trying to trick me with any questions; they really just wanted to learn more about me and my interest in the position. I think I heard back about the job offer the very next day. Overall, it was a great experience.

The process wasn't detailed, and there wasn't a job description. I was asked to do the work of three people and expected to know everything. It looked like there was a budget cut, and they needed someone to do everything and know everything. They're looking for someone with about ten years of experience who has mastered social, strategy, and account management all at once.

This was a really long and drawn-out interview process. It involved three in-person interviews, each over an hour long. On top of that, there were several unexpected phone calls from the recruiter, which were inconvenient because I was at my current job, instead of just getting emails. They also require you to provide three references who have to complete a survey about you. It took about a week and a half to get an offer, and they weren't willing to negotiate anything. The recruiter was really rude and not helpful throughout. She was shockingly unprofessional when it came to negotiations. When I asked about PTO, she brushed it off, saying it was a question for HR and seemed annoyed that I needed more info. During our last call, she told me the offer was off the table. It seemed like my reasonable counter-offers were the reason for this. She then basically scolded me for not bringing up these requests earlier and for not 'talking to HR,' even though I had no way to contact an HR person. She ended the call by hanging up on me. I was very disappointed with the whole experience, not because of the offer or failed negotiations, but because of how I was treated after dedicating so much of my time.
