First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VMLY&R.
Account Executive
- Tell me about your educational background and technical skills.
- Please describe your previous experiences and the activities you performed.
Account Executive
This interview was one of the worst I've ever had. I was contacted for it, but the whole thing was unprofessional. The interviewer just gave me unsolicited advice and told me right away that I didn't have the skills or knowledge for the job. I mean, I appreciate the honesty, but why even call me in after looking at my resume? It was obvious from the start that I wasn't going to move forward, so it felt like a pointless exercise. I'm really disappointed because I was actually excited about the role and VML. After this, I don't think I'll ever apply there again.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Executive
The interview was pleasant. They asked about my work experience and the accounts and campaigns I was involved in. They also discussed salary and benefits, and the work environment seemed good.
- Could you describe the accounts and campaigns you participated in?
