Copywriter
After submitting my application, there was a 15-minute phone screening. This was followed by a 30-minute follow-up phone interview with the creative director. The next step was a 2-hour interview at the company office with executives. I did not receive an offer.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with agencies?
Account Executive
It was a pretty chill interview process. The account team leader reached out to schedule an interview and chat. Then I met with the team and some higher-ups, and we all went out for lunch, which was nice. It lasted a few hours, but everyone was super welcoming. Meeting the CEO was the most nerve-wracking part. I wasn't expecting it, but it made sense since it's a smaller company and I'll see him around.
- Can you describe how you manage disagreements in a professional context?
- What's your approach to solving problems? Could you share an instance where you did?
Account Executive
It was about a 3 hour interview process. It allowed me to sit down with multiple employees and get a clear understanding of how the company is ran. Each employee I met with had a different position within the company therefore, I was able to see how all of the parts of the machine came together.
- Are you proficient with Excel?
- Can you describe your approach to managing multiple tasks?
- Do you enjoy interacting with people?
