I met with the CEO and the Product Manager for the Tech Team. We talked about upcoming projects and how I could fit in. It was a business casual meeting. We covered the tech stacks they're using, what the future projects will involve, the company's direction, and what would be expected of me day-to-day, including what I'd need to learn.

The interview process included a phone screen, an interview assignment, a Skype interview, and a final Skype interview if you are out of state. The recruiter was fantastic, truly looking out for your best interests. She was super helpful, and I'd definitely recommend following her advice! She's a great interviewer and made me feel comfortable the whole way through.

I applied for the Influencer Marketing Coordinator role via Handshake after seeing it on my school's listserv. I got a call for an initial phone interview where we talked about my resume and career goals. Then, I had to do a short assignment. After that, I had a Skype interview with two managers where we talked about campaign ideas, my knowledge of influencer marketing, and some general behavioral stuff. The last interview was with the CEO about two weeks later, and he asked mostly about my personality and interests, plus some questions similar to before. The whole experience was really nice, and Jessica the recruiter was super helpful. They communicated well and were really professional the whole time.

I applied on Handshake and an HR rep contacted me by email a couple days later to set up a phone screen. They first asked if I had any questions. Then I asked about the role and the company. They gave a lot of details about how it works, which sounded really cool and they were nice. They asked again if I had any questions. They didn't ask a lot about my resume specifically, but it was a chill and conversational chat. They also asked about my salary expectations. I got a standard rejection email the next day.
