The interview process was pretty standard, moving through the steps as promised and relatively quickly. Sadly, despite getting positive feedback each step, with a verbal commitment for a next step, the process ended without moving forward and zero feedback was given as to why. I rate the experience as negative because it would have been professional to communicate feedback at minimum given the time invested as a candidate. This wasn't a phone call screen fail, it was multiple stages and then no effort to be civil. Waste of time.

The interview process started off chill, everyone was easy to talk to, but then the CEO came in. He was super arrogant and egotistical. I actually had to come back later that same day just to talk to him. He spent the whole time on his phone and acted like he was bored talking to me. Honestly, that kind of attitude won't help him or the company succeed.

It's a 3 step process. First, you'll have a phone interview with HR. Then, you'll have another phone interview, this time with the Manager. Lastly, you'll have a face-to-face meeting with the Regional Director/Sales or CEO.

I had one phone interview with HR, then one phone interview with the CEO and finally a live interview with the CEO. The CEO seems like a nice guy, but once you're hired, he only cares about sales numbers, not your tenure.
