Did a video interview first, then a zoom interview with two people. It was pretty laid back. The first person talked about the job and asked some behavioral questions. The second person threw some random technical questions at me about Linux and Windows.

The interview process was tough but overall a good experience. The people I met were nice, though some in the IT department seemed a bit intense with their wiring setup.

Technical Behavioral

It was a poor and disorganised interview process. There were 2 rounds. The first round was okay, the hiring manager was nice and the job they talked about was a good fit for my skills. The second round was a total disaster. They interviewed me for the wrong job, asking about Security Engineering which I don't know anything about. No questions about the job I applied for. I checked their LinkedIn and saw they were hiring for both a Security Specialist and a Security Engineer, so they must have mixed up the interviews. I emailed them about it after the interview, and they just replied with 'Yes, we are looking for Security Engineer, here is the link to the job.' No apology or anything. Then they ghosted me and I never heard back, not even a rejection email where I could have again mentioned they interviewed me for the wrong job.

I got an invitation for a phone interview, and the recruitment team confirmed the time. But, I waited for half an hour and no one called. It seems like I was ignored. This is unprofessional because not showing up for a scheduled interview without any notice is disrespectful. It also shows a disorganized management system and disregard for interviewees. I don't recommend applying here because a chaotic system could negatively impact your career. I'm telling you.
